WARRANTY
LH-Electric warrants all merchandise against defects in material or workmanship
for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Broader warranties may be provided by the manufacturer of a particular product.
LH-Electric will repair or replace, at its option, any product which has been found
to be defective and is within the warranty period.
This warranty does not apply to any item where defects have been caused by
improper customer assembly, modification, negligent or improper
operation or failure to follow instructions.
Limitations of Liability
LH-Electric's liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective
products in accordance with the limited warranty expressed above.
There shall be no claims for defects or failure of performance.
RETURNS
15 DAY Money Back Guarantee
Customers wishing to return merchandise for refund, credit or exchange
must do so within 15 days from the date of purchase (Invoice date).
First, an on-line RMA form must be filled out and e-mailed to us.
An RMA# will be e-mailed back promptly. Returns must be shipped prepaid
with the RMA# clearly visible on the outside of the box. Books, software
and surplus parts are not returnable. Electronic kits can be returned only if no
attempt was made to assemble them and all parts, manuals and schematics are
in their original packing.
